Your Detox Holiday – What To Expect

Our 7 day Detox retreat involve following a simple detox programme using natural supplements combined with a 3 day juice fast for an easy seven day colon cleanse. This detox will kick start your body to encourage your liver, kidneys, skin and colon to function more efficiently whilst actively promoting weight loss.  After your fasting period, we promise to give you nutrition in the form of delicious and healthy raw food. What's more we guarantee you won't feel as much as a twinge of hunger during your stay with us.
