Our Retreat in Biarritz France
Our Retreat is based on my personal passion and it is an extension of what I do every day with myself, my family and personal clients. By combining all of my expertises and with the help of local professional therapists we can offer you a very unique experience on a spiritual and detox retreat.
We specialise in colon cleansing, fasting,
detox, raw detox food nutrition and entwine positive thinking, personal coaching, intuition
and spiritual healing to make it a very
unique week for you, which ever week you choose.

combined with physical and emotional detoxing.
Fiona is the
creator of the 7 day Juice detox and deep
colon cleanse at the retreat as well as the Reiki instructor. A dynamic mom
of 2, she has incredible amounts of energy, amazing amounts of passion and
determination and a *huge* heart. She has poured her soul into this project -
and it shows!"

I offer you the space and some quality time in nature in the beautiful French countryside. The Pays Basque region of South West France is ideal to unwind, to clean your colon and detox from your busy live. I offer you a wealth of knowledge that I have attained over years of detoxing myself and helping many clients who came to relax and detox with me.
I will share with you what I know and have seen work. That is to listen to your own body and care about what you feed your temple. The route to great health and happiness is a simple one with pure food and detox drinks made from raw fruit and vegatables.
Retreat Biarritz is run by Fiona Robertson. I am a
mother, daughter, partner, business woman, friend, relative, experienced cook
and bottle washer, home builder and princess. I have studied Life Coaching and Reiki and I personally practice fasting twice a year for two to
three weeks with Juices and colon cleansing. I also have goals and challenges
to face the same as you. I will gladly teach you everything I practise.

Our Clients tend to be 80% women who are busy with their careers and need a break to take stock of their lives and take care of their own health. Our clientele are multi national which brings a unique flavour to our retreat.
Our typical client is a successful affluent female executive in the late thirties to forties. This woman will return and often become a regular visitor to our retreat often keeping in touch with the group she met at the retreat. She often comes with a partner or friend but mostly she travels on her own.
The majority of our clients come at relatively short notice as they just have to get away. And more often than not our clients are at a cross roads in life.

As I said women would typically out number men on most weeks, but we are very open to men and couples .

ACCOMMODATION
ACCOMMODATION
Your accommodation is in one of our studio apartments which are situated on
the side of our large Basque styled house. You have an independent entrance
into the studio, private en suite
bathroom, two very comfortable single beds, as well as a separate kitchen
and dining area.
We have kept the colon cleanse week based on a single occupancy of the studio, unless you bring a friend to share your room with you. Look at the Prices and Availability to get more information about sharing your room.
When you know your travel plans let us know and we will happily collect you from Biarritz airport or railway station and bring you to your apartment at the retreat. Just let us have your arrival times and details and we will collect you. Look at how to get here for more information about travelling.
You are welcome to stay an extra night on the Saturday, if the flights cannot accommodate you on the Sunday. I will provide lunch, dinner and Sunday breakfast. for an extra cost of 90.00 euros pp. Please contact us if you have any questions about your stay.
