Choose your week from the list below and click on the PayPal button next to it. If for what ever reason the chosen week is not convenient, you can change the date free of charge up to 6 weeks before your arrival.

Once you have selected and paid your deposit for the desired week, we will contact you within 24 hours with your confirmation booking including balance payment options and pre arrival instructions.

The balance payment can be accepted as a bank transfer into either a Euro or Sterling account. Please find below your booking terms and conditions for the retreat.

Retreat Biarritz terms and conditions

The following terms and conditions constitute the basis of your booking contract with Retreat Biarritz. Please read this information carefully.

1. You can reserve you place on the retreat with a deposit of € 150.00.  

2. The balance payment is due 6 weeks prior to the retreat date. This payment can be made via bank transfer to either an Euro or to a Sterling bank account.  We reserve the right to change your dates if payments are not made on time.

3. If you wish to transfer your retreat dates 6 weeks from the start date, we will accommodate you on another available date free of charge.

4. If you wish to transfer your retreat dates within 3 to 6 weeks from the start date, there will be a € 50.00  administration fee. Plus you will forfeit 50% of the price of the retreat week.

If we are able to fill the week with another guest there will be only be a € 50.00 administration fee. Naturally we will do our best to fill the week with another guests.

5. If you wish to transfer your retreat dates within 3 weeks from the start date will forfeit 100% of the price of the retreat week.

6. Cancellations 6 weeks from the start date will incur a cancellation fee of  €100.00.  For cancellations within 6 weeks the same rules apply as for changing your dates ( items 4 and 5 ).  

7. Since we cannot be liable for any accidents or injuries which occur during your stay at Retreat Biarritz, we suggest you take a travel insurance for your trip as we are not liable for the delay, strikes, lost baggage, or injury’s .

8. When booking, you accept these conditions whether or not you have signed the booking form.

9. For the comfort of future guests, Retreat Biarritz has a no smoking policy inside the studio rooms.
